Post-Resurfacing analysis

From sports stadiums to golf courses, the laying of new turf is an important time.

After the hard work of removing the old surface and laying the new, it is vital to understand how the new surface is developing. Wether turfing or seeding, a multispectral survey by Australian Turf Analysis will show you the true condition of your new surface as it grows and what is required to ensure that it becomes strong, healthy and fit for purpose without any problems.

DISEASE

When new seed is growing or fresh turf has been laid is one the most likely times to get patches of diseased grass. Once this is visible to the naked eye, it is already a major problem that will need extensive treatment and lead to a delay in the surface being usable.

Our multispectral sensors will pick up any areas of grass that although currently look ok, are not as healthy as they should be and on the decline. By identifying any diseased areas early, they can be treated before they become a problem, saving valuable time and expense.

EQUAL DEVELOPMENT

Large areas of new turf or grass can develop at different rates, and this can lead to problems maintaining further down the track. It can also result in the area being unusable whilst you wait for the less developed areas to catch up. Our analysis maps and data will identify the areas that are developing slower, helping you to diagnose and act accordingly to ensure you reach 100% results throughout the area on time.

STRENGTH

New turf or grass from seed can only be used without the risk of damage once it is fully developed and settled. Australian Turf Analysis surveys give you accurate data that tells you exactly how healthy your turf is. The information you gain from this scientific data will give you the assurances you need that the turf is ready for use or for its first mowing.
